The case describe the violation of the due process clause which claims that Barnes was due notice on the charges against him. There are certain statements that are on the verge of defamation. Defamation is providing false information that can be proven false on an individual that harms that person’s reputation. Opinions which express negativity on someone is also protected by the first amendment.
